Board Wide Posts Descending

This is a MOD for phpBB3, and is tested up to phpBB 3.0.2
It’s a very simple MOD, only a few SQL queries. Makes ‘Posts Descending’ a board-wide default.
Although I believe it to be a MOD as it changes the functionality of the board, the MOD team has decided it isn’t, so there is no support thread and it will not be added to the MODDB.
